Memberships

What membership plans are available?

We offer three plans: Starter (€200/mo, 8 h), Pro (€300/mo, 12 h), and Unlimited (€400/mo, 16 h). All plans include 24/7 smart-lock access, full backline & PA, and online booking. Extra hours are available at €25/h for members.

Is there a minimum contract period?

No. There is no minimum contract. Your membership runs month to month and you can cancel at any time before the next billing date.

Can I share my membership with bandmates?

No. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Each individual who needs access to the studio requires their own membership. The Unlimited plan does include 2 monthly guest passes for occasional visitors.

Do unused hours roll over to the next month?

No. Included hours do not roll over. They reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you consistently need more hours, upgrading to a higher plan is the most cost-effective option.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the change takes effect immediately on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact us via the member portal or WhatsApp.

Booking

How do I book a studio session?

Members book via the online portal at app.infntyhub.com. Select your date and time slot, confirm, and receive a smart-lock code by email. Drop-in bookings are also available at €35/h without a membership.

How far in advance can I book?

Members can book up to 30 days ahead. This gives you full flexibility to plan rehearsals, recordings, and band practices without worrying about availability.

What happens if I need extra hours beyond my monthly allowance?

Extra hours are billed at €25/h for members. You can add them directly during booking in the portal. Non-members pay €35/h for drop-in sessions.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the session at no cost. Cancellations within 24 hours will deduct the booked hours from your monthly allowance.

Access

How do I get into the studio?

Access is fully digital. After booking, you receive a time-limited smart-lock code on your smartphone. No physical keys — just your phone. The system works with any modern smartphone.

What if I have trouble with the smart lock?

A WhatsApp backup line is available around the clock. If you cannot open the door, message us and we will resolve it within minutes — remotely or in person.

Is the studio secure?

Yes. The studio is equipped with camera surveillance and a smart-lock system that logs every entry and exit. Only confirmed, time-limited booking codes grant access, so unauthorized entry is not possible.

Can I bring a guest to my session?

Members on the Pro plan and above can bring guests during their own booked sessions. Unlimited members also receive 2 dedicated monthly guest passes that grant independent access for a guest during any slot.

Payments

How does billing work?

Your membership fee is charged automatically each month on your start date. We accept iDEAL, credit card, and SEPA direct debit. You will receive an invoice by email after each payment.

What happens if a payment fails?

You will receive an email notification immediately. There is a 3-day grace period during which your access remains active. If payment is not settled within 3 days, access is temporarily suspended until the balance is cleared.

Can I get a refund if I cancel early?

Within the first 30 days of a new membership, we offer a pro-rata refund if you are not satisfied. After the first 30 days, the current month is non-refundable but you will not be charged for the following month.

Studio Rules

Can we play at full volume?

Yes. The studio is fully soundproofed and designed for rehearsals at performance volume. You will not disturb neighbors and neighbors will not disturb you.

Are food and drinks allowed in the studio?

Non-alcoholic drinks in closed, spill-proof containers are allowed. Food and alcohol are not permitted in the studio to protect the equipment. There is a common area outside the studio room for breaks.

Can I record my own sessions?

Absolutely. You are welcome to bring your own recording gear and capture your rehearsals or demos.

What should I do if I notice equipment damage?

Report any damage immediately via WhatsApp before leaving the studio. This helps us resolve issues before the next booking and keeps the studio in perfect condition for everyone. Intentional or negligent damage may be charged to the responsible member.
